Have not updated since November. Massive update and pleasantness!...

    172. Laze - £5817.70/£5817.70

SO... I managed to do what I needed by end of the Financial year 2011/2012, but.... Bad news... Due to moving house etc and something with my car, I had to use another card. However, I've been shrewd as I can to get a Tesco Clubcard one so at least I get 1 point back per every £4!

jwil...... Can I have a new one added?

Card 1: £2450 - Aim to pay off by July 2012.

New total £20946.96 paid out of £57k

I'm expecting a cheque soon to settle a life claim which I'm going to put towards this....fingers crossed nothing else comes up I'll need the cash for.

    Good luck for May everyone!

    Thanks Jwil, great totals everyone.

I had a great holiday, we went to Goa and traveeled around, flights paid for with Airmiles and Tesco and some of the hotels paid for with Quidco so I think the whole trip cost us £400 each, which when you consider flights would have been £700plus that's pretty good.

Very MSE, I'm impressed. Didn't realise you could do hotels through quidco too, must look into that.

Have just paid a very satisfying £101 off Cap One, which not only takes that card to only £999 owing, but also brings my total owing amount to under £2k. So now only two credit cards, both under a grand. Exciting!

That's great news Sarah, very close now :T

That sounds like a great bargainous holiday :j

Another £285 paid off this month.

Bringing my total cleared to £855.

I cannot wait till next month and I break over the £1000 mark. It feels like I am getting somewhere now, this thread really helps as it makes you really look how much money you would have if you wern't paying off debts!

    Thanks

Sorry Sarah I meant with cash from Quidco earnings! You can get Quidco on lots of hotel books/travel websites too through. We saved all our Quidco cashback in an account since October towards the costs.
