Well I fell off the wagon for a bit and have been rubbish at updating but am still ticking away at debts and with a PPI refund paid last week we're just working out next steps to be able to move forward. Current status is:

    £1502.93/£4000
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

    Hi everyone

Gobsmacked at another freelance payment from OH taking us to another £1392.55..so will update sig accordingly to £5927/£6000 WOO HOOO!!:j:j:j:beer:

We also have some stuff on ebay with lots of watchers and one with a bid so fingers crossed. This means that astonishingly I should hit my target early....(in which case I will just have to increase it!!;):D)

This extra will definitely help with some unexpected repair bills this month

Hope everyone has a good week

    Hi all

Declaring total so far as £9002 / £17,000 am a bit disappointed that i didn't manage to clear more debt this month :( I know any payment is a good payment as its all off debt but am behind on my overall (personal) target of being debt free by my birthday this year.

I had also wanted to have paid 70% to debt by today but am stuck on 64%

I am really grateful for this challenge though as it has focused, pushed and motivated me so thanks jwil and all posters too :) Just wanted to be a bit further ahead than what i am right now is all :o Ah well - tomorrow is the start of a new month - aim is to have cleared full balance of target 4 in sig by the end of the month - which is £993 + paying minimum payment to 1 other debt (2 other debts don't have minimum payments 1 is what i owe OH and 1 is an overdraft). So i aim to be paying over £1000 in May leaving me with 3 debts - 1 credit card, 1 loan and 1 personal (OH). Eeeeeep! Well its a challenge after all :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
