    Hi everyone and Jwil. :)

Paid off a total of £317.75 in March, bringing my total this year-to-date to £2211.36. That's not too bad and within target so way-hay. :j

Well done snailmail. But I'm worried how your balance is going up if you've been overpaying? Have you been putting new things on the card? I thought minimum payments always included all the interest incurred, otherwise you could never reduce the balance with just minimum payments...

I don't use this card at all anymore, luckily I've forgotten the pin--I only used it in January to get myself out of an overdrawn overdraft mess.

My minimum payments went from about £30 to £60; starting this month, plus the stupid prolifestyle payment off the top of it---I thought this had cancelled since I had a letter from MBNA saying they were investigating my PPI claim against this, but obviously not! The interest on the card was £41 and the pro lifestyle was £16 so the small overpayments I was making didn't make a difference at all! I have now spoken to virgin and they've cancelled the pro lifestyle so at least now the minimum payment will cover the interest and a little more.

No extra payments yet, but my last DD goes out my current account on Thursday so I will at the very least round down and pay a little more off to Virgin
