                    Hola moneysavers :j
DS, 12 months, has a selction of cosy winter hats.....which he pulls off his head in about 2 seconds! When I had DD, I could get a hat with a velcro bit under her chin to do up.....really cannot seem to find one now?
And before anyone suggests whipping out the needle and thread and adapting something....please, no. Not my bag. Gets me all a bit grrrrr!! :rotfl:

We used a balaclava, too. It also kept him quiet, as he spent ages trying to get it off....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

i just used to let them go without a hat for about 5 min then asked if they were cold. answer was always yes so i put the hat back on and usually they left it on as they figured out no hat does infact = cold head.0

I give DS (also 12 months) a rice cake, and while he's busy eating, put the hat on. It's usually a good 5 minutes before he notices what I've done!
Balaclava wouldn't work for him, as he would scream whilst trying to pull it off.
The other trick (along with the rice cake) is to put the hood up on his coat, so he really doesn't seem to realise he has a hat on, and if he tries to pull it off, all he can feel is his coat hood rather than the hat!
(love the dinosaur hate tho!)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
