  • Morning, I'm in this week, thank you FCC

I faded towards the end of last week. I had DS1 off school with tonsilitis and was working a couple of mornings, which I don't usually do. Thankfully I could take him with me but it meant by the time Friday rolled around I was shattered and the house has disintegrated. Now DS2 has it too and I was up with him all night so think I'll be as much use as a chocolate fireguard today. Need to get dressed and pop to Tesco, finally bake the Christmas cake then will get on with list and a big LR S&S.

Please can someone tell me how to cut and paste on a laptop with no mouse? I have no idea what the equivalent of a 'right click' is on this thing!

Hold down ctrl and x to cut, ctrl and c to copy and ctrl and v to paste :)

Do you have a "button" you click on on your mouse pad? You use that. Hold it down , swipe your pad with another finger, them "click" on it with the other button.
If any of that makes since :o

I hope your boys are feeling better soon. DS used to get tonsilitis a lot as a littley .. but he always complained of stomach ache when he had it, never of a bad throat....most confusing.

    Have a dvd day? xx

    ETA thankyou too Wendywitch xx

I am just trying to warm up before I start. We don't have any heating oil and are attempting to survive the Winter with just the wood burner in the living room.

I did have a head start as I sold the shower screen which had been in the hall for weeks at the weekend and also got rid of the bureau from there too.

    My own list for today
    pay bills
    sort clothes into bedrooms
