It's my favourite day of the month - pay day!
So I'm making my first overpayment of the year, of £2000. I'd like to have added my tax rebate and council tax non payments to it, but I know I've got both my MOT and my car insurance coming up soon, so I think I'm better keeping that back.MFiT T3 no 115, MFW 2015 no 65
April 2011 balance when mtg started 300,000
March 16 2015 balance - 165,972

Wanting to be mortgage free by 45. £155,000 start / £86,880 currently0 -
Have a feeling my February bonus won't be coming in until March now. It's not just me, it's my entire team who will be effected but it's still irritating as i planned on using about half of it towards mortgage overpayment.
Luckily my money bags full of silver (loose change) are slowly accumulating so when i cash them in, into the bank i can add it to the OP. Won't be the £500 or so i planned putting towards the mortgage though (we're looking at £15 here lol)
Grrrr.
Still determined to succeed.Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000
