    Another £115 to the mortgage pot today! :D brings my january total to date to £2184.28 :j:j:j

    Had my mortgage statement through today too..... now standing at £61,340.87 :eek::eek::eek:

    I need to pay £1917 per month (including regular mortgage payment) to reach my goal of paying it off in 3 years...._pale_ No idea how I am going to do that so will just reset my annual target to £23k and see how it goes!! :rotfl:Will update googledocs :D

    Hi everyone,

    No. 38 declaring my January overpayment. First month and first monthly target beaten :) Which is good because I'm expecting a smaller overpayment next month as I have a few big post xmas bills to come out.

    So, that's £785.33 overpaid :)

    I did try to use the form on the first post but couldn't get it to work :o

    D'oh ... I was trying to fill in the wrong form so no wonder it wouldn't work!! ha ha.

    I have just paid off another £145 bringing my total to £156.75 so far.

    One error i've made though is i copied my target from last year however my 10% OP limit is £18,000 not £19,500. If you can amend that it would be appreciated.
