    TARGET REACHED :p
  • Hi all!

I've just made November's £500 overpayment, and from my spreadsheet it looks like if I can manage to overpay at least £200 in December, I will get my LTV under the 75% mark, which feels like quite a milestone!

And its all thanks to the motivation I get from all you, so thank you guys!

  • I want to say thank you to Spiggle for running this thread so efficiently! If it wasn't for you and everyone else in here, i would never have dreamed that i would have overpaid not far off 5 grand in a year on my lowly wage.

(that's including some enjoyment for myself too, it wasn't all MSE)

I've still got a long way to go but in the first 18 months of having a mortgage i've paid off over £8000! Very good considering it's mainly interest at the beginning of the mortgage!
