I've cheated. Brought forward my December op so now making the November one up to £400 so I can have a clean start for the MFiT T3.
Target reached. :j
Won't be joining next year as I want to concentrate on building up the savings a bit. I will still have a regular standing order op though, so haven't given up altogether.
Hopefully returning in 2014 for a major assault on the mortgage.
Thanks to Spigs for all the updating, & everyone else for all the motivational posts. I'll still be watching next year even though I'm not joining in.0 -
Afternoon all,
Nice tidying ajmoney, all updated for you.
It all counts skint_spice, on the spreadsheet now.
Congratulations for achieving the target VoucherMan, brilliant! :T I wish you all the very best for MFiT-T3 and will see you over there.
I'll need to have a quick think about 2014 and whether we have another challenge next year. Not sure I can commit to the full year again at the moment but I'll see. Any thoughts anyone?
See you later,

I'm sure if there's a demand then there'll be someone willing to take over if you decide to stand down.
If the time comes and the jobs not been taken then I'll happily take over updating the spreadsheet. I spend ages playing with them anyway. Another half an hour here & there wouldn't make a lot of difference.0 -

For my part, I'm so grateful to you, Spiggle, for running this throughout 2012 :T, and for anyone (Voucherman :j) who volunteers to keep on top of all this for next year, as the motivational aspect to me is huge!
I'm afraid I can't volunteer to babysit this next year as I work full time as well as studying now, but I'd be so grateful if this thread can still keep going...or point me in the direction of another equally motivational and supportive....
I need a thread like this to try to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Please, please....you're all stars as far as i'm concerned :A.

I can only echo LavenderBees' post. OH and I are in awe in what has been achieved by so many people here and hopefully we can achieve the same. The support and motivation from like-minded people is inspirational.
I also don't feel I have the skills to be able to offer any help but in the future when my health improves I would be delighted to be able to.
Kind regards to all

Good evening everyone,
Thanks you for your kind words VoucherMan, LavenderBees and toerag33.Still thinking on next year to be honest. I'll try and have a look tomorrow at how to set up a new page and linked updates and then we can look at who can either do or share the updating. I agree the thread has been a great support for everyone and, while the MFIT-T3 is running, this challenge can have a different appeal as it's a shorter term.
Only the one update today on the googledoc, Southernman you have the loud tinkling of your second target of the year shattering, excellent! :T
See you all tomorrow, take care,

A huge thank you from me too Spigs. I love this forum. It has really helped. My mortgage journey would be so much longer without it. Anyone who takes it on next year will be much appreciated by many. I am so sorry I don't have the skills to do it myself.MFW - number 11
