I have another full day out tomorrow so I don't want that ruined by being this tired. Not sure what's wrong with me. Bad nutrition possibly.

I am excited to still have another 2 days off work though! That's lovely! I hope everyone is enjoying their day and long weekend. x

I'm going to go with a 4.30am start as part of the reason you're so tired!! ;) And those extra two days are for lots of tlc....

I second both MacP's big hug, and the opinion that you're too hard on your very fab self!

Hope you're feeling better soon MacP! *hands over a bucket, and steps aside quickly*

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my diary. It's lovely to hear from new people.

Really big hugs are always welcome :D thank you.

Creme eggs were made to be scoffed! Did you find the chocolate tasted quite a bit different when you ate the first bit?

Well done on abstaining for Lent. x

That would make the most sense, wouldn't it??? :D I also realised I'd had no caffeine at all yesterday, which I think was a contribution, but getting a few hours sleep was probably the biggest factor!!!! ;)

I've just had a look to see if I can find a diary for you, but I don't think you have one? If you do, let me know and I'll subscribe.

Has Easter really flown by this fast??? Friday felt like Saturday and then so has each day since then! Surely we have one more day off after today??? No? Oh well.

Yesterday was such a lovely day. I met my best friend's boyfriend and the new house they've rented together. They've been together for a few months but just get on so well. They live quite a distance apart so they've decided to move in together. Having met him and seen them both together they really are a lovely match. She really is someone who deserves to be happy and I think he is the nicest man she's ever dated.

We did have a little spend day, but I'd had enough NSD's last week that it was fine. I think, throughout the whole day, I got through £30 so nothing to worry about.

Today I need to get some organisation again. I've not found the £122.73 dispcrepancy at all from my bank account to my app, and have been through my statements back to when I first started keeping my app up to date and that starts at the wrong amount too. So, somewhere along the line I think I must have deleted a series link that has ended which has had a knock on effect all through. It's not the cc that's just been paid but I can't think of what it could be. As it goes back to when the app started I just changed my starting balance. I don't set up reports from the app, it's just a way of keeping a visual anytime reference to what I have in my bank account and what's still due to come out.

I've also been through my spreadsheet with a to do list of who to call in the morning and pay. There's only 2 that I'm having Direct Debit issues with, so that's not too bad. I can sneak into a meeting room if I need to and make those calls.

I've sold 2 amazon books and last night I added 3 items to ebay. Nothing doing on any of those 3 at the moment except 1 watcher on 2 items. There is one very obscure item I've put up so I'm not expecting that to sell!!! I need to put some others on today with the free listing advantage.

I've found the ISA I'm most interested in too, so I'll get that moving. I can't do a great deal next week as I'm in Manchester from tomorrow evening until Friday morning. I've got a training course which is one I've been wanting for a while so it's a good thing, except the trek up there and back. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided though so 2 guaranteed NSD's which I'll deposit back into my main account as that buffer I missed last month. Today is also an NSD so that'll pay for the taxi to get me from the station to the hotel. I will request that money back as soon as I get home on Friday although I'd best wear my flame proof clothes based on the burning hoops they'll make me jump through for claiming!

So, today I just need to pack for next week, add the listings to ebay and package up the 2 books that have sold. The dinner I cook will also be my lunch for tomorrow and I'll take my breakfast too. I think dinner is laid on tomorrow night when I get there, but I can't check that until I get the confirmation through. I'm pretty sure that's everything as I have enough on my oyster card to get me to work tomorrow and I can withdraw some cash while I'm at work.

That's nice to feel organised again. But as it's only midday I guess more decluttering is required. Hmmm, where can I find more treasures to get rid of???

I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. It's a shame the weather has been so changeable, but I have made the most of having to stay indoors by clearing some stuff out so it's not all bad. Being out all day yesterday was great too.

    Happy Easter Monday everyone. xx

    Hey Muffy :)

Just flying in to say, I am impressed and a little in awe of how organised you are. As you know, I've been struggling and I am jealous at how you are holding it all together. If anyone is an inspiration round here - it's you :T

Have a great week next week and enjoy Manchester. I once had the best night out ever in Canal Street and would have been quite flattered at all the people who chatted me up and danced with me - if they had not all been of the same sex as me :rotfl:

Mmmmmmmm....... thinking about it, maybe don't venture down there, you are supposed to be working after all

    Thank you Freeby.

It's really nice to hear outside impressions from people whose opinion is valued. I don't see myself as an inspiration but it's really nice to read that.

Funny enough a colleague has just told me about Canal Street (apparently people steal the C and S to make it a whole new other place!!! ;)).

So I think avoiding that will be my best option. I'm not sure how my company would react if they were sent back reports on my wild Canal Street behaviour. As it is my boss asks too many questions on my "spinsterhood" so being caught dancing down Canal Street would answer all questions he has sufficiently enough for the truth to become academic!!!!! :o
