    Wake up, from someone who has been on the otherside you should know that ethics and correct legal procedures don't really come into your average PPC's thought process. This tactic has been seen many times, have a look over on pepipoo.com.

    I've never handled PPC PCNs. I've tried entering false details on a few of their websites to see if they'd take false payments and none of them would.

    I don't deny a few have probably cocked up and created a reputation for themselves for it (lets face it, the moment a PPC makes a mistake everyone will exagerate it) but I wouldn't think its part of their business plan.
