Is the adaptor for computers/laptops that do not have built in wireless feauture?
If so, would this be a good choice for me?
I have this set up as my laptop does not have wireless built in.
Personally I think its a good price for both if you need it or you wanted to add another computer to the set up that didn't have inbuilt wireless.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

If there is interference, from other routers/video senders etc., then the signal can drop, but windows should just reconnect automaticallyEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

From memory you can get the netgears for about £40 plus postage online so £45 in Argos isn't bad. I got mine years ago, it was a recon one off ebay, at the time they were quite expensive, I think the recon one was about £50.
The range is Ok, I can use my laptop anywhere in the house (3 bed semi) or in the garden without a problem. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
I have read a lot of negative comments on the Netgear WGR614 on the Amazon website http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000C1WO2/ref=nosim/accessleedsco308-21
Anyone else had problems?
It's cheaper there too for £37.90 including delivery.0
