I feel a little need to own more tins, on the grounds that I will be eating. Probably baked beans on toast (have 26 cans of them as I stocked up when on offer). I shall rebuild the Fray Bentos mountain. I know tinned pies are a bit common, but that's me to a tee. So compact and stackable! So heartening on a cold winter's day!

GreyQueen - tinned pies may be common, but my family will be joining you with a little mountain of our own - they are cheapish, warming, quick, cook in a Remoska, keep for ages with no refrigeration needed, etc etc - so you go for it!! Haven't got quite as many tins of beans as you have but I'll work on that... Much better to come home on a cold winter's evening, tired and cold, and open up a pie and a tin of beans than get a takeaway, surely!

I've got two barbie pink grandaughters GQ, it makes me bilious just looking at them. Or their clothes. Or their toys. Or their bedrooms. _pale_
A tinnery under the bed sounds worryingly like a wormery. I'd be feart to get out of bed without wellies on. :D

I've got a few of the tinned pies. DH will have to eat them, although I could force myself in an emergency.

But don't they stack well! I love things that stack.

Thanks - first belly-laugh of the day - also 2 pink grandaughters.

PS got in a lot of trouble when I likened them to pink sugar pigs with DD

Re the green bath pine/horse chestnut goo, just read the reviews about it on Amazon and they are 5*, people raving about it so I guess that's it. Somebody said Costco sell it so I will look on Monday.
    TY all :)

My middle daughter and her dh had three boys then a girl. They were adamant she was going to be a tomboy. NOT A CHANCE! she is the most feminine girly girl you could imagine. She proved to me that it is inborne and not made like some would have it.
