    Hi,

My Kids School is open next week , except the class which one of my sons is in. My son usually goes to After School Club on Wednesday, so I am wondering if I will get invoiced for that day. I will ask them about it later, but I imagine that they will still send me a bill :(.

    Hello OP,

My children went to after school care for years, and if for any reason I arranged anything different for them (e.g. grandparents picking up), we just cancelled that day's booking and weren't invoiced. Have you asked if you could do that?

Our After School Club is staffed by the school TA's, and will be closed as they are on strike and we will not be charged.

If it was ran by a Day Care type organisation, I would expect it to be open, and to pay if I didn't use it because it would be available to me.

Do you normally get charged if you cancel? We have a £2 cancellation fee to dissued careless booking, but other places I know you pay for the session once booked, regardless.
