The amount of money it would cost them to offer this would be immense, doesn't matter how strongly worded your email is I doubt they will offer this tbh

The driver obviously didn't do it on purpose so its a mistake, not someone not being arsed to do their job properly.

You'll find all delivery/courier companies get the same complaints, DPD are no exception.

The driver screwed up, so should be retrieving the parcel from the wrong recipent and delivering it to the correct one - why should the OP have to fix up the drivers mistakes? Mistakes happen, but the person making the mistake surely needs to rectify it, or at least the company has liability??? This driver sounds like a real a***e, so does the "customer disservice" idiot.
