The reason I don't access any of my accounts on a regular basis is down to the fact that where I work it's just about impossible to get a safe and secure internet connection.
I do know people who live in the UK who only check their accounts monthly or bi-monthly which when you think about it is what most of us used to do before the days of internet banking.0 -

Normally I would agree, but OP says they have been really unhelpful & ruined her stay, so in this instance I would keep quiet.0
