I've just found more sweet recipes here:

The recipe for butterscotch looks very tasty and is only three storecupboard ingredients, sugar, butter and water.
Edited to say that they also have a recipe for sugar mice ...awww bless.... just right for christmas!"Then, when every last cent
Of their money was spent,
The Fix-it-Up Chappie packed up
And he went."

Thanks for all these recipes.
I do remember seeing a link on here with rum and raisin/vanilla/chocolate fudge with a pic too...can I find it now? Grrrr :mad:Not in debt at the moment, but been there in the past and realise I'm the kind of person who could easily fall back into it with the self destructing spending button so making sure I keep on top of being a good girl.

thanks for the tip about the boxes will have a look as I've been wanting to get some for the same reason. Tried Lakeland but they didn't have any and wasn't sure where to look.
I was watching TV earleir - Great Food Live and someone was making chocolate covered marzipan, it seemed very easy but looked good and she said it tastes way better than shop bought. She said she leaves out the almond essence as its too overpowering, Once its made and set she sliced it up into chunks. I might try it, this is the link
