I have stacks of icing sugar in my cupboard, and just thought about making Peppermint Creams. I really must find a recipe for it.
I'm fairly sure it's quite simple to make, as I seem to remember making them when I was younger. *goes to find a recipe*

I think the recipe is just egg white and icing sugar with a few drops of peppermint essence.
There was a really simple recipe on Weezl's thread for cinder toffee.
