EDF bills? Is it me?

I think I understand what you mean backfoot. EDF have cancelled my previous bills and bring forward the balance onto the new bill which then shows the rebilled units. However, in order to understand how they arrived at the carried forward balance you need to look at the cancelled bill.
Seems a crazy way to do it, ScotPower always used to cancel the bills and issue a new bill with the same opening balance as the original bill.
EDF instead like to confuse people with a completely different opening balance which you have to look at the cancelled bill to work out how they arrived at the figure.0
