I was probably more sceptical about this seller as I had a similar experience, though in my case 17.5% VAT was added. The seller apologised and I gave him the benefit of the doubt as that is an understandable error.
But VAT at 3.7% in NORTH YORKSHIRE is a lot harder to understand.
Anyway, it is up to the OP to decide if ebay should be made aware.0 -
3.7% could be import duty but you should not be charged this separately.
