Well done on paying off the cc Rosa.

How rubbish about pole, you should have at least been contacted. Hope everything is ok with your teacher and she hasn't been called away for something serious where she was unable to contact people in time.

    Hi Kerri

I hope so too, but as similar things have happened before I suspect it's just lack of communication. Will see what happens. I know there's at least one other class around so might go and investigate that one in case.

After all there aren't many things that motivate me to turn up every week so I don't want to give up now :D

Bad Rosa spent an extra hour at work as she got her nose into sorting out a new form, which is an hour she can't spend on project reading tonight.

However good Rosa is making risotto, posted sold book to friend recorded (extra but would be so embarrassed if it disappeared en route), has booked Friday off to make up for the extra time she did last week and won't be sleeping in because a relative is visiting. Plus, have googled pole classes in town and immediately found a studio who do several classes a week, have insurance and trainer certs on their website, do strength training classes, hold events and do a monthly subs that would mean I could do as many classes as I wanted for just over what I've been paying for the last class... so am not texting old tutor after all, have emailed, and will hopefully be joining a class there next week :j Oh, and they do burlesque classes which would also be included :j :T I am so excited I am bouncing around the flat like a loon :rotfl:

Also had long chat with Professor Fox about team situation and have agreed a plan - whether this is good or bad probably depends where you're standing.

And have scheduled first day out walking of the season :j plus fab alternative if it rains :D

So I'm good, how's things with everybody else?

Forgot to say, the studio is near where I used to live so I know the patch and very sadly, I shall probably be forced to park at Waitrose  :rotfl: *continues bouncing*

This is what I'm also thinking.

    And it worked out good!
    yup, pretty sure...

    Be surer...
Hmm. I didn't have you down for a Calamity Jane fan,

Not a fan as such. I just happen to know it.
I thought that generally had different implications :rotfl:

"Whip-cracking away" having different implications? Like what? What implications does it have? :A
As for TV, I don't tend to watch much when I'm my usual self, in fact I have happily lived for years without a TV at all. But it is a marvellous invention for when you need to be distracted enough to not overthink yet not taxed by any effort whatsoever. The fab little book I mentioned earlier (and am about to quote from) actually recommends it as part of recovery from seriously stressing and it's been very useful in these last few months of recovering from the Major Meltdown. But it is time things changed since for one thing I now have enough energy to want to do other things, and for another I'm a bit disturbed that I seem to have already seen most of the repeats of CSI :rotfl:

Yes, my Mum complains about CSI repeating on a regular basis. (Both before you ask).
    How's things in Z-land?

Things are OK. Had to give up the car I wanted to buy as insurance was a bit too costly - £800. Looks like I'm still not an old enough fart...

Bad Rosa was up past 1am last night... :naughty:

Bounce some more - it's good for you. And other people too.

Thanks Kerri GT... I must say a big sparkly, soppy :TTHANK YOU :A :T to you, and Polesalot, and of course :money:the man who started all this :money: because if I hadn't been 'talking' to anyone else who does it, I think I'd probably just have got fed up with pole, assumed all classes were like that and dropped it. Which would be a shame if it isn't necessary... so thank you for the motivation :A.

I shall be reporting back on the new class :D

:( I probably won't understand the technical bits anyway but presumably this was a fast and sleek car? (that is assuming that the insurance is only car-related and you haven't got a collection of speeding points... after all we don't know anybody who would do that :rotfl::o)

:o true. Was past 10 by the time I'd spoken to relative, cooked and eaten so am going to go to bed at sensible time tonight and try to move sleep cycle to earlier point - it would be good to have longer evenings and it is amusing me to freak out colleagues by appearing at 9am :rotfl:. Though felt fine on short sleep the last couple of days.

I should be able to leave early tomorrow to make up today's extra time as the rest of the team are out.

It was - Audi A5 coupe diesel 3.0.

With the price of it and various other bits and bobs, the insurance was the straw that broke the camel's back.

    Nope, I haven't. :A

Your incompetence continues to amaze me.

Following the SIX complaints I had to make about incorrect billing at my previous address, and a further complaint at finding my mobile number used for marketing calls, I have now received an invitation to pay you a bill for electricity at my new address.

You do not supply this address, did not when I moved in and never will while I am resident here because I never want to deal with you again.

I now insist that you remove any suggestion that I remain a customer of yours from your databases because if I receive any further communication from you, I shall take the matter further. It is very poor practice at best to send billing reminders for an address you do not supply, and could be considered inappropriate marketing and/ or likely to cause distress to the recipient.

    Rosa
