Between 5 and a half and six pounds (2.5 - 2.7kg). He's wriggling a lot.


He's positively monstrous. No wonder I can hear him purring from 20 foot away.

Macius, 4 months old yesterday....

Exploring the garden with me close by.. do not leave him out with the others yet, he had his injections but is not neutered/microchipped yet so.....

Oh and last week at the vets Macius was 2.1 kg - so from 1.6 to 2.1 in 3 weeks (between injections).
But he is tiney... maybe next to Teddy and Fred every other cat is tiney... LOL

Just had an sms from Magda who has Macius'es brother Adolf.

Adolf was given his second injection today and got some nasty reaction, he got swollen/had difficulty breathing half an hour after the injection (at home) and had to go to a pet hospital - fingers crossed little guy will be ok. They were told to call the vets at around 4 pm

It's two days until the [strike]wretched monster's[/strike] wonderful darling boy and his siblings are celebrating their birthdays.


I'd take a photo, but he is currently headfirst in a rather large sack of potatoes and when he comes out, as they are unwashed ones, he's going to be pretty much unrecognisable.


What a difference a year makes.....
