Another excellent post.black-saturn wrote:We know what your beliefs are now. We hear them in every thread about benefits. Could you please now start giving these people budgeting advice rather than making them feel bad about being on benefits?

What a great idea :T . Do you want to PM the boardguide Fran to suggest this?looby75 wrote:I really do wish that we could have a board rule on here about advice not debate just as there is over on the DFW board.
If you want to debate the wrights and wrongs of benefits and the people who claim then then take it over to Discussion Time, which is a whole board full of debates and let the people who want advice and information come here without getting jumped on just as they do on Debt free wannabe0 -
These are just the ones I've replied to. Could we please start giving people on benefit advice about how to budget their money instead of it being a witch hunt to make them feel bad. I've noticed it's always the same witches too (see the posts before mine).black-saturn wrote:Can we please put a stop to all these benefit bashing threads and posts? The moment someone mentions they are on benefit all advice for them seems to go out of the window and bashing comes in. It's getting really boring and tedious now. If anyone on this board wants to do something constructive about it maybe they should write to an MP or go and see their local MP or something like that but don't come on here shouting about it.
Black-Saturn, are these posts flammable?
Your a hell of a flame thrower!0 -

It's quite memorable. It's the one where you basically said if they don't live each others pockets 24/7 that they are infact single (with a child on the way), but in a 2 year relationship, and it's ok for him to provide money, and her to claim benefits (and trying to claim more) as if they are living together.
I thank you.

Bullying now!? LMAO! Are you lot serious!? You call us bullies and then go on to call us witches and a vigalantie group just as we speak up against benefit fraud!
BS is just looking for an argument, plain and simple. Trying to get a rise.0 -
I'm yet to be given a link about someone committing benefit fraud.Graham_Devon wrote:Bullying now!? LMAO! Are you lot serious!? You call us bullies and then go on to call us witches and a vigalantie group just as we speak up against benefit fraud!
