New Years Reolutions/things I am gonna change:cool: Some of them the same/similiar to my sis Aesop/copied:o:o

    lose weight
learn to swim better/go swimming to get fitter and healthier
spend less money on food, use all the stuff I have stocked. (reduced stuff ain't cheap if you end up not eating it:o)
cook more fresh stuff, especially in my slow cooker
    Eat more veg
    Eat 3 (small:eek:) meals a day
    do more walking
    Do more comps
De clutter the house, throwing away things which don't work. They won't get fixed so no point keeping them:o:o
and finally and the hardest (no sis not giving up smoking or drinking:p:p)
Spend a little less time on the internet especially late at night and try and get a regular sleep pattern:cool:

I think that is enough stuff to change for one year
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Thank you for the hellos - I fear this wombling is not for me though.

Went to Asda as planned and got quite a bit so I will be using that receipt tomorrow. As far as picking up other peoples well I just couldn't do it :o it didn't help that it was raining and windy though so they would have been pretty dirty and damp. I guess I am just a bit OCD and having once read that 72% of shopping trolley handles have faecal bacteria on them well i just couldnt :o:o ............

Well that target didn't last very long :rotfl::rotfl: on to the next :)

Some years ago a work colleague went shopping with his wife in a supermarket.
They had not been there for very long when his wife noticed blood on one of her fingers.
Thinking she had nicked herself on a rough edge of a can or some other sharp object she popped it into her mouth and sucked/licked the blood off to clean the finger to reveal the wound ... BUT there wasn't one

then she noticed that there was blood all over the handle of the supermarket trolley she had been pushing .... and it was definitely NOT her own

Ugh! Hopefully it was 'only' from someone handling raw meat where a pack had split.
well i've kinda got the hang of coupons

so in new year gonna make more of a effort/ time to enter competition and do my paid surveys, both of which i've rather neglected lately.
those are promises to myself though not resolutions

so my resolution is to save even more money :D
but think i better go buy myself a shed to keep the bargains in :D

I'm with you on the surveys MT, i've deff neglected mine (and my spuds) need more Amazonian vouchers for next xmas :D

I don't normally do resolutions but perhaps I will this year, or perhaps that's just another excuse for me to make a list :D

darn postie :( I did have a look at swagbucks but not properly, I haven't heard of superpoints - could you be so kind as to point me in the right direction please?

I tend to get most of my amazon vouchers from shop and scan which I've done for years now, I have to be careful though as I have a habit of cashing some in for my kindle books too, which is ok in theory, so long as I don't use too many :)

I've just got my receipt out of my coat pocket from going to Asda on christmas eve and was bout to put it in the price guarantee when I noticed all the part with the store no etc is missing:( It looks as though the printer stopped for the first 2 lines. It's a good job I know for a fact there was nothing due cos nearly everything was either reduced or cheaper than other stores. I would have been gutted if it was a targetted APG shop:eek::eek::eek:

I keep looking at the kindle and thinking about getting one, but then think not have time to read "proper" books. How much are books for it and how easy do you find it reading from it? I used to (before spent loadsa time on lappy) read a lot in bed laid on side, but guess with the kindle you can't do that? What else if anything can you do on it or is it just for reading books you download and pay for?
