Hi all

Can anyone please help me with a quick question re the APG?

The Q&A section of their website says "Alternatively, you can redeem your voucher at the customer service desk if you are spending less than the value of the voucher"

So if I had a voucher for £5 and my shopping came to only £4.50 would the customer service desk give me £0.50 cash back or would they give me a new £0.50 voucher instead? Would it have the same expiry date as the original?

I assume that the SA would mark something along the lines of "£4.50 claimed" on your APG and hand it back to you to take across to CS. Or woiuld you be expected to know the value of your trolley and go straight to CS in the firstplace and say "I know that this shop is less than voucher value, please give me the difference".

I am just curious, will probably not be in a position like this as I always spend more than APG value but does anyone have any experience?

I have seen that in the terms and often thought about trying it but never have. I assume you take your shopping to the CS desk and they will give you the change on a gift card. If you are going to try it I would take a copy of the terms. If I have an apg and nothing to spend it on then I buy something electrical and take it back and get a refund on a gift card.

Just watched Tropic Thunder with Ben Stiller and can't believe that Les Grossman (the bald guy with glasses) was Tom Cruise! I saw his name at the end then had to check on google that it was THE Tom Cruise.

Loved the film, but then I love anything with Ben Stiller.

Started collecting 10% All Purpose Gift vouchers back in April/May I think .....

.. for me it eventually became a REQUIREMENT (due to quantity) to keep records which I did from August ...

redeemed totals

A - 104.28
S - 94.98
O - 112.46
N - 86.73
D - 87.62 so far

UN-redeemed "in-stock" £79

PLUS half a dozen or so of the 5 off 40s - valid to 15/1/12
