Not sure but hope so. Avoid these !!!!!! at all cost.
I had 3 3G contracts. Received a call from these idiots advising that if i took out another 3 3G contracts they would pay into my bank account the cost of terminating the other 3 early. Stupidly I agreed. NowI can get through to them and 3 themselves are advising that this would not be the case. The only number which 3 have for them is a non existent. Now I have 6 3G contracts and i am furious.
3G customer services are as much use as a fart in a divers suit.
GM Connect are a waste of space.
I'e reported them to Ofcom but whether i get anywhere remains to be seen.0
