That said, if it was me I would have just complained the next time I was in Tesco. Life is just too short. (Or actually if I'm honest I'd have probably forgotten completely about it by the following week, and never complained at all).

Exactly that and the reason I phoned them is that I just knew I would forget all about it by Friday, just a simple "Sorry about that I will log your complaint" would have done the job for me.
If I could have phoned them at 10pm last night after trying to seperate them I would have, I was much more annoyed/frustrated then!
Anyway back to the point whatever wraps you buy, DON'T buy Tesco own brand!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0
