    i have switched it off i am connected ,but i cannot get online.i have the little flashing screen saying i am connected though.

  • i use aol with the netgear wireless modem they sent me, i used the dongle software to load my settings ( did this ages ago so cant remember exactly what i did) i do remember having to input a code, its called a WEP 128 KEY also don`t forget to enable wireless, and to set up your wireless network.

    thanks for everyones help...its seems there was a very long wep type key to put in,aol said create your own...hmmm i dont think so...so anyway thanks again i got there in the end,i have a huge headache now from all the stress !!

    i dont think that was my fault as in the aol setup thats what it said to do,totally different though when you have to enter a 26 letter/number key,i dont think aol know what they are talking about...thanks for all your help.:D
