    OK so the router seems to connecting OK, just your wireless connection. Try Control Panel, Network Connections, Highlight your Wireless device, Change settings of this device, Highlight TCP/IP then Properties. Have you got Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically boxes checked?

    then i would enter a manual ip address on the laptop within the routers range. its very common on wireless routers.

    There is no point doing that if it works when connected via a cable.

    its also common that after altering settings on your wireless router that i would require a reboot. this quite often rectifies these problems
