HM Ikea style Swedish Meatballs?

DD2 is having her friend over to tea tonight and every time she comes DD asks if I will do meatballs as it is her friend's favourite. Last time I did them the kid said she didn't like them because they didn't have the same sauce on them as she gets in Ikea. I have made some for tonight and was going to have a go at…

I made it with half semi skimmed milk and half water with a knob of butter and it was perfect. Definitely wouldn't bother to use cream in it in future as I don't think it was needed (and the extra calories certainly aren't needed!)
