    Hi Dave

We just sent in a copy of one monthly payslip each and they accepted that.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks mitchy, one monthly wage slip each it is then. If they need more info there's plenty of time anyway. I don't need the re-mortgage to start until 1st August.
  • Started moving my mortgage from Halifax to ING 5 weeks prior to end as I feared it would take a while. After a 5 minute internet form, they valued the house within 48 hours & acknowledged receipt of my wage slip 48 hours later.
No fees , hassle free, you can track on the internet and all complete within
8 working days. 5.64% and no exit fee.
Now I have to deliver on my promise to pay off quicker than 21 years....
Hopefully others have a similar experience.
    Best Regards
    Andy

Similar experience here, very efficient and is great to be able to track progress online. After remortgaging last year which took a few days now using them again for a house move, and once again have been first rate - from application to mortage offer would have took less than a week, had our solicitor not taken nearly three weeks to send them a simple registration form...

Their online tracker thingy is excellent. You know exactly where you're up to.

    :j
Is anyone else having problems with the tracker ? I am trying to check where I am up to and just keep getting an error

    Thank you
  • ING doesn't seem to get much of a mention, but the rate seems great - especially with no fees and the valuation refunded.

I do expect that as they get more customers the rate will creep up towards the base+0.9 but I'm happy to take the base+0.14 in the meantime then change later (no exit fees) if need be.

I have a slight issue that I'm trying to instruct abode to do the conveyancing, but they don't have ING listed!! But hopefully that will be sorted on Monday.

I've just started the process and will update on experiences.

    Hi,

Anyone know if ING Direct charge interest on their mortgages on a daily, monthly or yearly basis?

    Cheers

Quote from ING Direct Info Pack

    "
    Payment flexibility
    Overpay when you like
Clear your mortgage quicker, pay less interest overall and create an overpayment reserve so
you can fund future underpayments. Interest is calculated daily so the reduction takes

I've just applied for this as I want no ties for the next 18 months or so. Was suprised to not have an approval straight away, but fingers crossed should know in about 72 hrs

EDIT: Well impressed, got a call last night and application now in progress :)
