    More than likely, yes; although I'm not familiar with the Hub MK, I'm extremely well acquainted with CEL & their 'methods'.

    CEL can (and should be) totally, utterly & completely ignored.
    You have absolutely nothing whatsoever to worry about here.

    Landowners damages would have been £1, therefore the most the landowner can sue you for is £1. The PPC has suffered no damages as they only "manage" the car-park. If you feel guilty find out the name of the landowner and send a quid in the post.

    And also if that landowner is said restaurant I hope you ignore the restaurant from now on

    So am I right in thinking if they tried to 'sue' and take you to court they could only do it for the pound owed? Even if you were to pay the pound there is no address to send it to - and I did ring up to try to pay!

    They would have to send you an invoice first.
