You could try rejecting it as not of satisfactory quality for a full refund.

Hi,
Following a long drawn out dispute with the (see above) retailer, we sent the letter below recorded delivery. But the retailer has seemingly ignored this letter and has not contacted us at all.
I am very much wanting to push this to the max, but what really do I do now?

Well I had a call from Ray yesterday who told me they would pick the sofas up next week, and give a full refund back to my card there in my own home.
Is that possible? Or too good to be true?0
