It's not those, it's the Andrex kids ones in the green pack, I will print out a couple and try it against the kids ones, I don't know if they'll work but it's worth a go isn't it?

    NO:eek: please dont

    Pension deficits to fund?

While I agree with some of the demands placed on parents by schools for money and donations being a bit much at times I can assure you pension deficits have nothing to do with it ;)

I do sometimes moan about the regular requests we have from my daughters school for funds and donations but on the other hand I do really appreciate the extra effort the PTA and the school make and the great extra bits and pieces they can buy for the school with the funds raised. Afterall, the children do directly benefit from the fundraising activities.

Anyway, back to Mr T's :) Took my mum shopping today and she is really pleased with the bits I found for her. She ended up with two cars pencil cases for 36p, 6 bottles of her favourite wine with 25% off, some comfort and aunt bessies. Unfortunately, the DM was all gone!

I picked up a cars blanket for £2.50 - maybe a different one? Oh and the halloween toilet roll is still out there! It was only 50p so I decided to get over my spider phobia :D

The cheap pinot noir was not there but I did come across a Jacobs Creek with a * on the sel. It stated £7.99 on sel but scanned at £3.99, will see if I can find some more info on it - Its the Jacobs Creek Three Vines Red. No idea if its any good though!

Been working all weekend so no T's for me. Might have to go for a wee wander tomorrow and see if there's anything exciting happening :D

Still got a couple of price flop coupons to use, I'm thinking the cheese one tomorrow and I may treat myself to a box of Celebrations :D Because I'm really needing them along with all the DM and wine gums! :rotfl::rotfl:

The coupon says you can use it against any Andrex Fresh, in which case I will still be using it against the right product, I just have to see if it scans through properly!

I think it just depends on who you get serving you. The SA today was narked at the amount of fruit and veg I'd got. Bearing in mind it had been reduced by 90% I STILL managed to spend about £7 in total!!....There was absolutely shed loads of it and the guys reducing it were lovely...kept telling us to fill our trolleys as it was Xmas!!
The SA was tutting and huffing all the while she served me so I think it was a bit of sour grapes on her part. She said that I couldn't expect to get reduced stuff AND use coupons too.

Last week though, the lovely SA said how great it is to see people getting a bargain.
If I go to the extra store an L££ Mill (even further away!!) I've made a point of telling a lovely SA on the SS tills about some of the bargains (trays before and DM last week) and she is now really helpful. She asked if I was getting my info from HUKD "as they are very good" :rotfl::rotfl:
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
