Lol if only up here in Glasgow you just leave the beer in the car and let nature deal with it at this time of the year ;)

Logie, Are you just feeling sick with that horrible taste in your mouth, or are you actually vomiting?

I got successively worse with each of my three pregnancies, and the last one I lost about three stones! I could not keep anything down, at one point even water was enough to make me sick. they did put me on tablets (cant remember what) but the best thing was keeping hydrated, as just being dehydrated can make you feel terrible by itself, then it becomes a vicious circle!

I feel for you, i really do as I remember how horrible it feels. My best advice is:

1)Keep a plastic jug or bowl with you, with a plastic bag inside it (I often found I felt more sick if I couldn't be sick any where ITKSIM)

    2)Keep drinking, to stay hydrated.

3)Have mints or sweets with you to freshen your mouth

4)have little meals, eat slowly, eat a tiny bit of something you really fancy.

Hope you soon find something that does the trick for you! When you do you will feel more in control of your sickness and you will feel much better!

    Good luck!:)

Thanks for the advice hun, I'm occasionally being sick but have constant nausea and that feeling that your mouth is filling with saliva feeling, yuk! Appetite is not normally a problem for me but even the singular dairy milk (scanning at 93p in my local) in the cupboard remains untouched! I have a feeling the sickness won't have peaked yet but hopefully one of the tips from you lovely ladies will help x
