They should compare it to the 6.99 so you should get 6 * 1.99 back :jHCSC Member 980 -
Logie, Are you just feeling sick with that horrible taste in your mouth, or are you actually vomiting?
I got successively worse with each of my three pregnancies, and the last one I lost about three stones! I could not keep anything down, at one point even water was enough to make me sick. they did put me on tablets (cant remember what) but the best thing was keeping hydrated, as just being dehydrated can make you feel terrible by itself, then it becomes a vicious circle!
I feel for you, i really do as I remember how horrible it feels. My best advice is:
1)Keep a plastic jug or bowl with you, with a plastic bag inside it (I often found I felt more sick if I couldn't be sick any where ITKSIM)
2)Keep drinking, to stay hydrated.
3)Have mints or sweets with you to freshen your mouth
4)have little meals, eat slowly, eat a tiny bit of something you really fancy.
Hope you soon find something that does the trick for you! When you do you will feel more in control of your sickness and you will feel much better!
Good luck!:)0 -
evening is there any way finding which local store has stock of a product i am after the mrs peeks xmas cake but couldnt find any in t.park so was trying to see if any other local stores have it
Ring 0800505555 option 1 they usually ask for postcode and if you have the barcode its much quicker, hth. Best to ring early on in the day as only gets updated at midnight, not open on Sunday though.0 -
Just flicked back through a couple of pages and people are still talking about foxes biscuits, is that still working, or is there a different glitch?
Oh and thanks to the op for the £2 christmas cake, if I can get one tomorrow (have a pricedrop mag) It will be going in the Christmas Hamper at school and make it look much more expensive than it actually is:money:
Also got to say I did find the Cheap 'bike' wine and bought a bottle with some reservation. I do find red wine heavy and rich at times, and thought cheap red would be quite 'rough', but this wine is well worth buying, its quite light to drink (its still dark red to look at lol) and im getting through it quite nicely this evening!
Hick
Might just have to cross my fingers and get to MrTs tomorrow and see if I can get myself 6 bottles with a bit of luck and the 25% off too:T0 -
Hugs I feel ya, I had to have tablets with my DD, was hospitalised for 4 weeks, when it eased off a little I found iced cold drinks helped, first it was ribena then it was capri sun, but had to be iced cold. Just keep trying things you will hopefully find something good luck x
Bless you, 4 weeks! You must have had it terribly. I work in a mat unit so know how badly some women have hyperemesis. But that must have been extreme to be in for that long. I am thankful mine is just normal morning sickness but am grateful for everyone's tips. Anything is worth a shot to feel a bit more human!♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

I an on medication which often makes me feels sick, and sometimes I am sick.
I have been told by my specialist to take folic acid everyday - and I don't know what is in it but it works, but you do have to take it every day.
I know you are supposed to take it before starting a family, not sure about when you are actually pregnant but I can recommend it
Good luck and hope you are feeling better soon.HCSC Member 980 -
