I have been told by my specialist to take folic acid everyday - and I don't know what is in it but it works, but you do have to take it every day.
I know you are supposed to take it before starting a family, not sure about when you are actually pregnant but I can recommend it
Good luck and hope you are feeling better soon.
Thank you,
Yeah, i'm taking the folic acid, interesting to know that that is recommended for sickness outside of pregnancy. Mine is in a multivitamin and contains 400ug which is standard dose for pregnancy. Is that the dose you take?♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

:rotfl: I met my OH on POF, we've been together 4 years, have 2 kids together and are getting married.
We chatted online for a month, met up one night (never drink 3 bottles of wine BEFORE you go out) and havent been apart since.
Stick with it there are good uns out there, most of the people we know have met someone on POF and are happily married.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I hope its a pregnancy multivitamin, and not just a normal one, as normal ones contain stuff in them that arent good when pregnant.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I take 5mg a day, so quite a bit more than you - I think 400ug is 0.4mg.
I am actually taking a form of chemotherapy for arthritis so the folic acid has really helped with the sickness.
Might be worth talking to your doctor about getting an increased dose?HCSC Member 980 -
