Did anyone else see a post about ten minutes ago, allegedly from the son of that woman on the that programme last night, telling people "!!!!!!" (took me a little while to work out what this meant) and threatening that people could be in trouble?

And who was it that said her children were polite and well mannered?:eek:

Hi, sorry when buying the 5 comfort pure do you go through self scanners or a manned till?

    Hi :D

personally I went through a manned till as I love to see the SA reading ALL the terms and conditions that I have already read:D:D

I think the self service tills would require a supervisor to put through the vouchers anyway as in my experience the till asks for authorisation after 2 coupons used

    hope this helps

  • we live in a society that is so obsessed with a daily shower.

in other countries they would just wassh in the local river, or if you ever went on an adventure holiday you would have one tshirt on and a clean one in the bag. i think unnecessary.

sound commonsenseicle to have a wash when you can get it free.

although don;t know how she afforded the solar panels in first place.

there's been talk of droughts next summer - no wonder with 90% of the population having daily showers. didn;'t think it was good for hair either all that washing and drying.

    :):)

just remembered when we have been on occasional haven caravan holiday we have hung out all weekend trying to avoid a shower in those bl@@dy cold caravants and pokey showers. but normally we are an every other day family.

Not me! Once a week or longer, gas is too expensive! Just throw a bit of baby powder round the sweaty bits before going to bed and waking up in the morning.

nahteb20 Similar thing happened to my 5yr old son. He fell in the park in the summer and landed on his arm wrong. We took him to A and E and was told he hadnt broken it. Two days later he still wasnt able to use his arm at all and so took him back and then we get the 'sorry' and he had actually broken it. At least we got a sorry though, so often they dont even say that when they make mistakes!

......And the biggie for me I'm afraid: The fact that for the price of 15 mins of fame she has alerted the supermarkets to the fact that extreme couponing is kind of possible over here and might just see Tesco putting a restriction on the number of/types of coupons we all will be able to use in the future.

Not sure that this is anything that supermarkets don't know about already. As long as those of us who continue to only take advantage of what is above board and open to all then we should have nothing to fear Sorry if I'm repeating what others have said:) I'll watch the prog at some time but from what has been said I get the impression that some things are sensationalised and the facts stretched to make good television.:)
