Yes I am sure that the till rings up the half price and then you get the 25% off this . In the case of the 3 for 12 , the till rings the full price hence you get the 25% off the full price iykwim .

Thanks wirehair that is what I thought too as that's what happened last time the offers overlapped. Hoping bensonsmum can confirm it before anyone rushes out.

original price is £13.99 a bottle on at half price at the moment for £6.99 taking 25% off original price so it works out at £3.94 a bottle !! but you need to buy six bottles to get 25% off so total cost £20.94.

But they don't take 25% off the ORIGINAL price when they are 50% off, its just 25% off the new price. It only works for double discounting when there is a multi-buy offer running at the same time as 25% off 6 bottles.

Ie. If a wine is originally £13.99, now £6.99 it will scan at £6.99 NOT £13.99 and deduct 50% when subtotaled.

Thanks bensonsmum, I don't think you will find it will work as the till sees the half price as that is what the bottles scan at so the 25% is usually taken off that. With the 3 for £12 or 2 for £10/£12 offers the till sees the full price so both the 25% and other offer kick in. HTHs

Ps this was how it worked last time.
