They are now called Price Promise Vouchers I got one in September for the Marketplace CAt food, I asked at C.S. she said they didn't do them, I asked to speak to someone else, they said they did, they printed out a template on a till roll using the item code & my clubcard then filled in the description & how much they were on offer for, they asked how many I wanted I said how many was I allowed they said 6 I said okay I'll have six! :D

Big fuss when I wanted to use them I was asked if I'd done them myself, how could I print on a till roll ? then she said I couldn't have them because £20+ difference to the price was too much, so I had to stand there for ages while she pretended to go & ask someone, came back said okay, made a mess with the maths so owed me £1 tried to give me £1 I said DTD :D & got £2 :rotfl:then I asked for another raincheck as they hadn't got six for the remaining packets, went to another store used the new raincheck, nice as pie no problems

hiya just read your post , i often go tesco for the offers but 9 times out 10 the offers are gone , i went every day once for a whole week after coca cola 2ltr 4 pack priced at £2.98 instead of £5.96 .... shelf was ALWAYS empty , but the day after the offer finished i went and low and behold the shelf was full to the rafters !!! i got home and called CS and was told that it was just unfortunate that there was none there , and i explained all i have above and her feeble reply was well we have deliveries all through the night perhaps a lorry broke down i said more like they were kept back until offer expired , so do they do a price promise /honour if the item you go for is not in stock ?
