Hi please can you give me more info on raincheck vouchers,. tia

They are now called Price Promise Vouchers I got one in September for the Marketplace CAt food, I asked at C.S. she said they didn't do them, I asked to speak to someone else, they said they did, they printed out a template on a till roll using the item code & my clubcard then filled in the description & how much they were on offer for, they asked how many I wanted I said how many was I allowed they said 6 I said okay I'll have six! :D

Big fuss when I wanted to use them I was asked if I'd done them myself, how could I print on a till roll ? then she said I couldn't have them because £20+ difference to the price was too much, so I had to stand there for ages while she pretended to go & ask someone, came back said okay, made a mess with the maths so owed me £1 tried to give me £1 I said DTD :D & got £2 :rotfl:then I asked for another raincheck as they hadn't got six for the remaining packets, went to another store used the new raincheck, nice as pie no problems
