the rather unhelpful lady from the Post Office

There's big fat bessom at mine who harrumphs when I say the item is pre-paid and I just want CoP stamped. It was at her post-office that a laptop was 'lost' even before ParcelFarce came to collect it.

I am a ten minute walk from my delivery office, so I frank all my eBay stuff that I send with RM and take it down in a trolley, they never have a problem, it's only ever the post offices.

Well the Director of Customer Experience says it's working, but " If you are not able to access the application, I would ask you to please try again later", in a hand-wringing statement. The very best fun at the moment is trying to arrange a re-delivery. I particularly like the message on the phone that I'd be much quicker doing it online.
