hi sorry to hear you feeling down, best thing to know right now is your not alone!

your simcard for your dongle is also a phone simcard, if it has talktime, you can make a call from it or at the very least a text message this used to be the case when i owned one sometime ago.

if you can get the sim to call out to the samaritans on your phone you could then ask them to call you back in five mins as you put you normal phone simcard back into your phone.

if you phone is open to networks or you have same providers iot should work

Hi thanks for the advice, i am just waiting on the doctor.

I never thought of that, just my luck tho my dongle t-mobile, my phone 02. I ended up putting the lend me a £1 service from 02 on my phone in the end, thanks x

I will keep you posted, thanks

Hi Goblin .... Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time, but just wanted to ask if you are feeling safe and not in danger?
