Hi Everyone

Thank you once again for all the words of support and kindness, too many posts to answer individually.

Just an update really, the crisis team have been to see me today, they were really supportive, and helpful.

They are putting a plan in place and medication etc

So hopefully i will start to feel and get better.

So i want to say a massive thank you to everyone for all your help, i couldn't of done it without you.

There's alot of people on here thinking of you.
Things will get better.
Trying a do things that you enjoy. Watch a favourite tv programme, pop on a favourite dvd etc.

And it's lovely knowing there are so many nice people on here, who are there when you need someone.

I now know i can turn to many when things get bad, i hope others do the same thing and don't suffer in silence.
