    Morning all.

Stripped my bedding and that's washed and out on the line along with a load of other washing. Lovely and sunny out there but still frosty in the shade.

Indoors is still pretty tidy. I've already remade the bed and got the windows open to air everywhere. I'm going outside to sweep up in a minute.
  • Afternoon everyone

Have been out most of the morning......... dd had to go to a swimming lesson for 9am. Dh usually drives us but he'd been in hospital yesterday and had a mild sedative so wasn't allowed to drive. So, piled ds into the buggy, walked 30mins to the town and then got a bus to the leisure centre, waited while dd had her lesson, got the bus back to the town, went to the butcher and market then walked home weighed down with spuds :rotfl:

Just sitting down for a moment but I can see the pile of brekkie pots by the sink from here so I guess I'll move soon.

WM on - have done one load of washing as dd was poorly last night and when I picked her up she wee'd on me! so, all my clothes, her PJ's and the bedding went in the WM.

Back again, and looking beautiful(well, you can't see me to say no to that can you??:rotfl: )

Found that the washing up was covering the whole work top when I got home:mad: , and have only just stopped shouting at male members of the household. They've taken themselves off to B&Q, quite rightly assuming that I had no intention of being nice or preparing lunch for them.

I have to go sort the kitchen in a minute, but stopped to have a coffee and pop in here, as I smash too much if I do it in a temper!

embb Thank you! I am a very keen gardener, although I only have a small garden, and I grow lots of lovely things for the winter because I need to be cheered up! As well as the snowdrops, there is a winter cherry, winter jasmine, crocus, cyclamen and hellebores, and I hope the daffodills in pots in the greenhouse are open today. If you haven't got a garden, why not treat yourself to a bunch of daffodils?

Is is a beautiful sunny day here in holland!

i have stripped the beds, the master bed sheets are already hanging outside on the line, the second load is in the Washing machine.

swiped the kitchen down, and had a general tidy up.

Left to do now is hoovering, mopping the floor, and the toilet.
The ironing and folding of washing ofcourse. But that's a whole weekend thing as I have cheep electricity during the weekend I do most of the washing over the weekend.

Got off to a late start today due to the fact that DH and I went out last night to an Irish music festival, and we spent this morning sleeping in and recovering from a few too many beers and whiskey's. :rotfl:
We had an absolute blast though so well worth it!

DH is off now doing the shopping and I'm just having a cup of coffee before i'm going to attack the floor.

I was a little miffed though as the house looked a right tip again due to me not being able to do much thursday and friday. But after having a chat with my sister I got stuck into it and found it didn't take anywhere near as much work as I thought it would!

    Happy flying all!

    ANd have a great weekend.

Afternoon all. No, I have not just got up. I did have a bit of a lie in and came down to find DH on one computer and DD on the other so it's taken me a bit of time to get on one.

Sorry to hear about all the poorly people. Hugs to everyone.

On the good news front DD is much better and now only had puffy eyes to cope with. So hopefully it's back to school on Monday. Trust her to ruin a good weekend :D

Having a tea break but isn't it a beautiful day! :happyhear

All the windows are open upstairs. Downstairs there's not so much sunshine so I'm rotating those.

I'll take DD to the park and to see the horses when she wakes up. :)
