cha97michelle wrote:moggins can i just suggest if we are having a weekly thread that you put the weekly thread for week starting.... eg. 29/01/2007, as this will make more sense when i archive them
We'll get away with it for this week, but we'll end up with millions of threads with the same title IYSWIM.
Michelle, I've changed the title.........Is that ok or would you rather have the month name eg January in the title?

Someones already done it! Talk about organised. I was still working out how to edit a title
Pink winged I like January better than 01. I think my brain is getting swiss cheesed with age. I sit there trying to work out which month 01 isOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

Pink and Moggins - fab - glad it is suiting all of us.
The motto does come from the flylady site. I'm afraid i'm not that good. I might put it in my signature though to show i'm part of the frequent flyers club! (that terrible one is mine. :rotfl: ) Why am i getting so giddy about housework on a sunday evening??
I'm off to bed now ready to make a start tomorrow.

Thanks moggins! I got the daily digest but was still a bit much so stopped messages altogether and fell off the wagon!
Will pull up my socks (don't do shoes indoors) and get cracking - hopefully!
Better get a :coffee: reading so am up to date with what's what!
Hope to join you all soon!
Cheers
PS Hi Penelope Penguin :hello:
I think of you every time I uncover my Kenwood! :lovethoug0 -
Thanks Moggins, my kitchen needs some work, I tackled one cupboard as a hotspot this week and found several things several years out of date, can I do a 27 fling per cupboard or does that not work?
Will do my best, ironing up to date, WM going at the moment for tomorrow and DW will put on after breakfast.0 -

I have agreed that my decorator will spend this week on another customer's urgent job and come back to finish the painting next week.
No flying this weekend - spent it with friends (Burns Night) and the Tallisker rose up and bit me today.:o
Have a good week everybody.
I litterly dont have a kitchen, all I have is a sink and cooker, no plaster on the walls or anything :rotfl:
bathroom is pretty much the same, as is the rest of the rooms other than the lounge which is full of boxes :rotfl:
Will deffo be doing it once all the work is done though :T:T:T:TWork like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
Moggins, re new thread is there any way you could add a brief into as to what flylady is before the days tasks, I stumbled across the previous thread and found your inital post very informative wondered if you could do a similar intro here, any newbies coming across this would initally be faced with the days tasks/jobs and not now why.0

Hiya, glad i found you all, nearly had a panic then! Kitchen is good for me as hubby cleared the larder which was the biggest hotspot of the house. This means tomorrow will just mean cleaning instead of tidying. Bathroom looking a bit grubby so that's good too. Going to try and get my act together and do one of the rooms before I start work.
So tomorrow's going to be:
1) Bathroom (all stuff on Moggin's list)
2) Kitchen (all stuff on Moggin's list)
3) Work for three hours
4) Study for one hour
5) Paperwork for half an hour
6) Helps out at children's school for 2 hours
7) Kickboxing one hour
8) Homework with children half an hour
9) Play with children one hour
You know when I list it like that it makes me realise why I never have a minute to sit and do nothing. Perhaps i'm not just lazy I just need to have a few more organisation skills! I written the plan out and won't come back on the computer until that's all done so see you about 10 tomorrow night!
PS Love the new thread, well done Moggins and thankyou xJanuary budget
Nothing left!0
