None of this really matters any more.
You fail to explain why (yet again). It's all just as relevant as ever.
What does matter is that the government has put its weight behind this idea.
What idea? All it is is one tiny weeny step which changes nothing about the legality of the so-called charges.
They're happy that the industry creates its own 'independant' adjudication service
Still can't spell independent, can you, despite having it pointed out already.
(I think we all know how that will work)
Yes, it won't be independent. He who pays the piper (the PPCs) calls the tune, so the rules/guidelines of the service will not be in any way objective or fair.
and thats all they care about.)
No, all they care about is that it's not funded from the public purse.

So, once again, you are trying to make out that the Freedom Bill will change everything, but without explain how in any coherent or logical manner. Fairly typical troll behaviour, really.

Don't point out bad spelling! No need to be rude.

The wheel clamping ban.. it states that it will be illegal to immobilise vehicles with clamps, blocking with another car etc. So will barriers and refusing to let cars out also count as immobilisation?

If you're going to pick on my spelling of independent then I'll point out that you can't use quote tags properly.

I personally think there are a few PPC trolls here but I'm still trying to work out their motives. I did think that perhaps they're trying to belittle the new bill so it doesn't get much attention and gets sneaked through as many people here seem to be suggesting its no threat.

    I still can't decide.

No point, they're also accusing me of being a troll so it doesn't make much difference really does it!

As for Assj, dunno why but parking people often talk riddles. Seems to go with the territory for some reason. Even the highway code is guilty of doing the same thing. Waiting and loading descriptions in the HC are as clear as mud..

In fact it's the opposite as PPCs don't pay VAT on the money they con out of people, even though the powers-that-be have ruled that they should.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
