I am curious as to the kind of reply that employer would be expecting. In an abattior?

As I said, preferences are honoured for a limited period only, at which point you have to take any job that becomes available. You don't have to take it, but then don't expect the JSA either.

I'm sorry, it's tough news, but it applies to everyone but only if you expect JSA.

Jobs will only be available so long as there are others that create enterprise. A job is not a god given right. It would be a breath of fresh air to hear someone actually creating jobs on this forum instead of expecting them.

Good idea, you should do that. Too many people expect to just find jobs without creating any.

So it's not just in Torquay where they're rude. I think that their attitude is very aggressive and to think that they do this to people with mental health problems which could potentially make them worse

Be clear, the sole aim of job centre plus is to ensure they fulfill the legal requirement of addressing your claim and then do everything possible to get you off it by whatever legitimate means ASAP.
