Woohoo, I have fairy lights round my gazebo, all ready for the DGC & foster DGC to see on Sunday.
Tesco have delivered so I have all the food ready for Sunday, tomorrow will be housework & cooking.
Talking of sausages, my beloved has been avoiding playing 'Hide the Sausage' for a while now, when I asked why, it seems the poor chap thought he had a rash, in fact he has Fordyce's spots, he's always had them, but only just noticed!
    Bye for now.

  • Got back tonight after my small holiday down South!!! - very relaxing and had lovely quality time with DD1 and DGD who came with me. We went to a Dinosaur museum in Dorchester and Sealife in Weymouth thats the advantage of having small DGD with us!! =Anyway all rested now and ready for work on Sunday.

FB your holiday sounds fantastic, I have relatives in Perth and NZ but cant afford to go, but you make it all sound so exciting, would love to see some photos of famous sights down yonder.

Lou: Well done that girl! It may not have done much for you Sweetie, but we are all feeling a lot better about you. Keep it up and keep us posted. x

  • Hi all,

Just on a break at work so quick pop in. Was very difficult here last night so not much to say tonight, feel quite fed up and very tired. Slept all day but hasn't helped, probably because am feeling low so makes tiredness feel worse.

Sorry to moan, will try to perk up by tomorrow, will be awake again by about teatime so will give sit rep then!

Absolutely no OS to report but DH has kept the faith by putting braising steak in SC for tomorrow and making a batch of chilli for the weekend as well - love that man!!!

    Sleepy hugs

Just making it in the day, hello all,

Flutterby.....wonderful holiday, don't seem to have you as a friend on Facebook but will get to it in time....have been in Oz, Singapore and NZ....if you count the 8 hours we spent at Auckland airport in transit from Cairns to Osaka about 15 years ago. Planning a trip to Perth next year as DD3 now lives there and I haven't been to WA.

Redruby....they really need a few rockets on the way your dad is being treated, would really raise hell, he has family to check, but what if he had nobody??

Lou....glad that you have eaten....keep it up.

Met SIL for dinner to-night ( she and brother have been separated for years) nice. She is looking forward to visiting her elder son in California at the end of the month, he got married in July but they wanted no fuss, we thought that they would be here in October but he has been changing around jobs so it wasn't possible....hopefully they will come in 2012.

Need to do some present shopping to-morrow, have some in store, but some need to be added to for Grandchildren, and need to get stuff off to Oz for DD3 and BF. Have been thinking that there is lots of time....just dawned on me that 5 weeks is not really lots of time!

Hugs to all in need or want of one, sleep well and stay safe
