Today they had several different Knex sets - £4 (rrp £13) in a plastic carry box, larger sets £10 (rrp £20), some of the Knex for small children eg Wigglin' Monsters (?), for £2 (I think), some motorised Knex sets, also Barbie as Rapunzel £6. Great Christmas presents. Lots of half-price mens gift sets, eg Gillette, for around £4.0

i can't speak for north liverpool but wavertree road takes some beating in the south and stocks more IMHO than the HQ one
sometimes when you are after something that you know they've stocked in the past you have to go round a multitude of stores to find it and there's no rhyme or reason to it.
a poor store is the one behind the richmond pub on church road wavertree/allerton.... you can play the game "how much is this ?" as they don't seem bothered about what goes where .
I sometimes get the feeling that ... given I'm using the northernmost HB store in the UK (Cramlington) that alot of the offers/stock are being offloaded from the distribution run, before they reach (the store) here.
I must go in there 2/3 times a week, and although (naturaly) there are many bargains! some of the better ones (discussed on this board) never see the light of day here! :A0 -
